  • When is drop off service available?

    Drop off service is available from 10AM to 6PM, Monday- Saturday.

  • How does pick-up and delivery work and how much does it cost?

    Give us a call a day before the pick-up.

    • Pick-up time will be the following day between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM 
    • Delivery is after 6 PM on the same day. 
    • Cost is the drop off price plus (from) $8 delivery fee.

  • How much load can I put in the washer to get a good wash?

    The load should be up to a maximum of three-quarters of the load in the drum (you can still see the back of the drum) for you to get a good wash.

  • Do you often clean your washers and dryers?

    Absolutely! And we don’t just clean them, we sanitise all our machines regularly. Filters are cleaned regularly as well.

  • Can someone just move my laundry from washer to dryer?

    Yes, we can! As long as a staff member is available, we can do that. A service fee of $2 per machine will apply.

  • Is your laundromat open during a lockdown?

    Yes, we are open but only for self- service.
